• The planning and architecture of Jefferson Elementary, Fargo, ND.
• A building conversion to house the Fargo Youth Commission, a private educational latch key youth facility in Fargo, ND.
• RLE also creates facilities for adults, like The Center of Human Environment, a non-institutional facility in Mahnomen, MN, for recovering addicts.
